Expert Witness and Forensic Consulting

Services rendered on an hourly basis include all time spent on behalf of the Client by the Expert/Consultant and the Staff Assistants, as determined by the Expert/Consultant. These services include (but are not limited to) Client consultations, conferences, reading, reviewing and organizing documents, site visits, investigation, analysis, research, testing, writing and preparing reports, correspondence, exhibits and demonstrative aids, responding to discovery requests, reading and signing deposition transcripts, preparation time and consultation time at meetings, depositions, trial, hearings, arbitration, mediation or other venues, portal-to-portal travel and waiting time. Billing time is calculated to the nearest tenth of an hour. Services will be descriptively itemized as to date, activity, billable time and rate.
Pre-agreement reviews and interviews are not charged.

RETAINER: $2,500.00. The terms and conditions of the retainer are described in the Retention Agreement, 5.3 .
